In an abundance of caution, Mammoth Spring School District will have a virtual snow day today, January 27.

Monday, February 1, the Mammoth Spring Jr. National Honor Society, with help from some other school clubs, will be hosting a chili lunch. The chili will be made on-site at the school. All funds raised will go to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
To place the order, email Mrs. Savage @ psavage@mssd.us through Sunday. On Monday, please call the High School Office at 870-625-7212 and let Ms. Debbie know you will be placing an order.
You will have the choice between a Chili Bowl (with cheese, crackers, and dessert) or a Frito Pie (chili, Fritos, cheese, and dessert).
You can tell us what time you will pick up your food outside the high school or if a business, what time you would like it to be delivered. The recommended donation is $5 per order. If you have questions, please feel free to contact Mrs. Savage.

Congratulations to this week's Millionaire Club!

The Lost and Found in the elementary office is OVERFLOWING! If you think your child(ren) have lost a jacket, backpack, etc at school, please check the office by Friday, January 22. After Friday, all unclaimed items will be donated to the Bear Necessities.

MSHS will mail "Three-Week" Progress Reports on Monday, January 25th, to all parents/guardians of our 7th through 12th grade students. In an effort to keep you more closely informed about your student's Quarterly grades, you will receive a report at three (3), six (6), and nine (9) weeks instead of only four and one-half (4.5) and nine (9) weeks.

As we approach the Valentine’s Day holiday, we request that you abide by the following rules:
No Glass Vases or containers for those students that ride a bus. If your student rides a bus and receives a glass item, they will not be allowed to take it on the bus. Please make arrangements with your child or florist to help us with this safety issue.
All deliveries need to be made by 1 PM. Deliveries made after 1 PM may not be guaranteed to reach the recipient on Valentine’s Day. Last year, we had deliveries made as school was being dismissed and even after school was dismissed. We want to help facilitate and expedite deliveries to your students, so we are asking that deliveries need to be made by 1 PM.

Bear Necessities is currently only accepting donations of jeans and/or coats at this time. Thank you for your continued support!

Congratulations to this week's Millionaire Club!
